    How to find us:

    EAST

On the A30, take the Sidmouth turn-off (A375), just after the Honiton turn-off. Follow signs to Sidmouth. About three miles out of Honiton, turn right at the Hare and Hounds Pub, sign posted to Ottery St. Mary. After about a mile at the top of the hill, (don’t go down the hill) turn left along the East Hill Strip (woodland managed by the Forestry Commission). The road runs straight for about two miles until you reach the White Cross signpost. Turn right to Tipton St. John going down the hill, at the bottom turn left following the signs to Tipton St. John. The road bends right and then left and Waxway Farm is the thatched farmhouse on your right-hand side.

    M5 SOUTH

Leave M5 at Junction 29 and follow A30 heading East to Honiton. Before reaching Honiton, take the Daisymount turnoff for Ottery St. Mary. Go through Ottery St. Mary, following the signs to Sidmouth. About a mile out of Ottery St. Mary, turn left at the village of Wiggaton where the road narrows by the white farmhouse. Follow the narrow lane, passing the Ark pottery on your right. You soon reach a small crossroads with a sign pointing to Burrow on the left. Turn right at this crossroads and turn right again when you reach the end. Ignore the left hand turns and you soon reach a sign to Tipton St. John which points down to the right. Waxway Farm is the thatched building at the bottom of this short hill.

    M5 NORTH

Leave the M5 at Junction 30 and follow the A3056 to Sidmouth. After Newton Poppleford you go up a steep hill then along a straight where you should see a sign for Ottery St. Mary on the left by the side of The Bowd Inn, take this turning. Then either take the first right turn immediately after the Pub, Fire Beacon Lane, bearing left after about 500 yeards and follow this lane for about 2 miles. At the end of the lane turn left down the hill and Waxway Farm will be found on the right. If you miss the right turn carry on the road until you see a sign to Coombe and Waxway on the right. (Tipton St. John is on the left.) Follow the road for a mile and a half and Waxway Farm will be found on the left.
